This 2-page comic was done for a VH1 documentary called NY77: Coolest Year in Hell.  The documentary itself wallows in a bit of nostalgia, which I will admit I am guilty of myself when I think back to my NYC 1970s childhood, but shit. . . a hip-hop battle in comic form? Who drew this? I want a whole series!
